Our network was down and the tech was there right away and we had never used Acacia before. We will use them from now on. They talked us through what was going on and talked to us about how to better use the computers we had rather then buy all new and explained some problems we had been having for a while. We now know how to fix this problem on our own and can call Acacia when we need help with the bigger issues. I can't say enough about how everyone was quick to help us and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone who has a business and needs to be able to work consistently on their computers.

I contacted Acacia IT due to some computer based issues I was having that I just could not fix. I was so impressed because the tech was able to log onto my computer through Remote Access Support and fix the problem in no time at all. I will continure to contact Acacia when I have any technical issues. I am very busy running my business and time is money so this type of support is great.
